⚖️ NIL Legal Updates: House Settlement 

Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer Casey Floyd shares updates on the House Settlement:

Key Date: April 7, 2025 (same day as the NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship).

The final hearing for the House Settlement is approaching. Judge Wilken selected 14 objectors (out of ~100) to speak live at the hearing. We’ll be paying close attention to:

📌 #10 Department of Justice

🔎 Why It Matters:

The legal standard for class action lawsuits is low (“fair, reasonable, and adequate”), but this one-sided deal raises so many red flags that it’s hard to see how the Judge could approve it as written. Check out my letter to Judge Wilken’s 📩 and let me know your thoughts below.
