2024 Winner of the Front Office Sports Best Employers in Sports Award
đ A Message from Our CEO:
2024 in Review What a year itâs been! In 2024, we achieved 422% revenue growth, made waves as a Best Employer in Sports, and averaged a 300%+ ROI for our brand client campaigns. We introduced The Athlete Showcase, a first-of-its-kind event to bring structure to the chaos of the college transfer portal. We also launched NOCAP Revenue Solutions (NRS) to address donor fatigue, one of the biggest challenges in college sports today. This growth would not have been possible without the support of our team, athletes, brands, and partners like Walmart, Slim Chickens, McDonaldâs, and many more. As we move into 2025, Iâm excited to share even more innovations and opportunities with you all. Thank you for being part of this journey with usâhereâs to continued success in 2025!
âď¸ NIL Legal News: January Deadlines You Need to Know
Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer Casey Floyd, Esq., shares updates on the House Settlement:
January 2025 is a critical time for the House Settlement and athletes need to pay attention! January 31st is a key deadline for athletes to either submit a claim, opt out, or object to the settlement (see website). By the end of January, we will know how many opt outs and objections there are to the settlement, and this will provide more perspective of whether Judge Wilken will deny or approve this settlement in April. I predict an influx of objections in January and a denial by the Judge in April because the settlement has numerous substantive issues and is overtly one-sided in favor of the NCAA.
đ Big Wins: Walmart Holiday Campaign Recap:
This holiday season, NOCAP Sports partnered with Walmart and local college athletes to shine a spotlight on Walmartâs dedication to supporting Texas communities. From delivering toys to childrenâs hospitals to engaging with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, these athletes embodied the holiday spirit by giving back in impactful ways.
